Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Farm Laborer to join our team at Northern Canna Incorporated. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop care and farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Harvest seedlings and other crops as needed
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
  • Monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
Work Environment

Our farm operates 40 hours per week, and you will be working in a team environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
