Job Title: AI Engineer at 2K Sports Lab

2K Games, a leading video game publisher, is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join their team at 2K Sports Lab. If you are passionate about solving complex problems and have a deep understanding of AI replication of human sports behaviors, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with gameplay developers and designers to develop new AI features and enhance game realism
  • Design and implement efficient algorithms for AI behaviors, ensuring seamless gameplay experiences
  • Analyze and replicate player behaviors to create authentic AI experiences, mirroring real-world sports scenarios
  • Provide technical expertise and propose innovative solutions to AI challenges, driving game development forward

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI and machine learning
  • 5+ years of experience in AI or Gameplay Engineering for AAA games, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in C++ and strong math skills, with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical problems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Passion for sports and gaming, with a deep understanding of the sports industry and its challenges
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, with a strong grasp of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits:
