- Assess and enhance new administrative workflows
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
- Manage administrative functions of the organization
- Coordinate and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in the formulation of operational budgets and oversee inventory and financial controls
