  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess and enhance new administrative workflows
    • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
    • Manage administrative functions of the organization
    • Coordinate and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
    • Assist in the formulation of operational budgets and oversee inventory and financial controls
    • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Conduct data entry tasks
    • Provide training to staff members
    • Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes
    • Address and resolve conflict situations
    • Oversee payroll processes
    • Plan and manage budget and expenditures
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing 3-4 staff members
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
    • Experienced with Social Media platforms
    • Skilled in Spreadsheet applications
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized
