- Experience: Between 7 months and 1 year of relevant experience
- Work Environment: Rural setting
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and refine new administrative processes
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Execute administrative functions of the organization
- Organize and plan office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
- Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Provide training to staff members
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative operations
- Address and resolve conflict situations
- Manage payroll processes
- Plan and oversee budget and spending
- Supervision: Responsible for overseeing 3-4 staff members
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Experienced with Social Media platforms
- Skilled in Spreadsheet applications
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
