Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Regulatory Management to join our team at TD. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of compliance professionals to deliver AML/ATF, Sanctions, ABAC compliance programs and culture
  • Provide strategic direction on complex AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC program activities and advise covered TD businesses and Corporate Segments on new and changed regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC Compliance programs and work with senior business unit management/partners to develop proactive strategies, tactics, policies, and programs
  • Manage the development and implementation of robust metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs and prepare comprehensive, data-driven reports on program performance
  • Provide insight, guidance, and recommendations to other departments based on subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day operations of the department
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior management, regulators, and external/internal auditors
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
