Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Regulatory Management to join our team at TD. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of compliance professionals to deliver effective AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs
  • Provide strategic direction on complex AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC program activities and advise business units on regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement robust metrics to assess the effectiveness of AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance and effectiveness for senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business management on AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC matters
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance and risk management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
