Overnight Facilities Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Overnight Facilities Technicians to join our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our esteemed establishment.
Work Schedule: This role involves working from 8 PM to 8 AM, with a total of 84 hours calculated bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analyses for various systems including boilers and chillers.
- Participate in fire response protocols and be prepared for emergency situations.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Department.
- Demonstrate proficiency with chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain HVAC systems and perform associated preventative maintenance.
- Carry out minor plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is advantageous.
- Completion of a technical school program is preferred.
- Possession of a Building Operator Certificate or Maintenance Technician certification is a plus.
- Proficient in computer applications, including BAS systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair roles is required.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
