As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
