Executive Food and Beverage Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Food and Beverage Director to join our team at Nova Hotels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including banquet and catering services. Your primary function will be to ensure that all guests receive outstanding service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage preparation and presentation
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
- Monitor and control costs to maintain profitability and meet financial targets

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
