Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Snack Shack (Manning) Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on food preparation, inventory, and customer feedback, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
