Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist who is eager to work autonomously with clients in a clinical setting. This position offers an opportunity to utilize a diverse range of therapeutic skills to enhance client well-being and foster a passion for care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in a clinical environment based on the presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
  • Work with individuals facing a variety of concerns.
  • Develop a comprehensive care plan informed by evidence-based practices, relevant guidelines, and clinical expertise.

This role is clinic-based, incorporating both in-person and virtual interactions. We value an independent and adaptable Speech Language Pathologist while providing robust support and training.

Collaboration: Engage with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to discuss care objectives and service plans.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, complemented by strong organizational abilities.
