Job Summary

Chinese Universal Enterprise is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Pick-up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professionalism in customer service and receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Sales and Delivery: Sell products over established routes and deliver newspapers, flyers to residences and businesses.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Prepare, package, and restock goods, load and unload goods, and follow directions and read maps.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
  • Transportation and Travel: Have local transportation/travel experience and valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail, physically demanding tasks, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Have client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: Work in English.
  • Hours: Work 5 to 37.5 hours per week.
