Your Role:

As a Systems Administration Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Information Systems team to develop and maintain systems that enhance employee productivity through a seamless and efficient information systems experience. Your expertise in systems training and documentation will be vital in supporting KACL employees with their technology needs, from software and hardware usage to effective communication within and outside the organization.

  • Experienced: You hold a degree, diploma, or certification in Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications and hands-on experience in creating training materials and documentation are essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Information Systems Team and other departments across KACL.
  • Create training materials and documentation for various systems and processes.
  • Address staff inquiries and resolve issues related to information systems applications, including troubleshooting login issues, resetting passwords, and managing access permissions.
  • Develop Microsoft forms, workflows, Power Apps, lists, and other user-centric solutions.
  • Assist in the administration and enhancement of Microsoft 365 and other web-based applications tailored to the needs of KACL employees and teams.
  • Engage in short and long-term projects of varying sizes and complexities.
