The role is situated within the Client Services and Solutions division, focusing on enhancing the wire transfer product offering. The objective is to identify and implement improvements to streamline the wire transfer process.

  3. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel functionalities for data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in financial institutions.
  2. Background in project management and tracking project progress.
  3. Familiarity with payment processing systems.
  4. Experience using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

  2. Demonstrated leadership in optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and support business goals.
  3. Strong judgment, learning agility, and integrity.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Educational Background: A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
