Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to our software development teams, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement complex software systems, including AI, VR, and AR applications.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that our software meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
