Job Title: Logistics Clerk

Thales Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Burlington, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, receive, and store incoming materials in a safe and secure fashion, adhering to logistics and quality procedures.
  • Accurately perform inventory transactions for cards and collateral in the ERP system.
  • Control access to vaults and ensure timely and accurate service is provided to other departments, following vault security guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform daily mailing duties, securely handle electronic mailing lists, sort, label, pack, track, and trace mail, and generate hard and soft documents.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping/mailing/receiving/issuing issues and bring them to management attention when necessary.
  • Perform daily inventory management activities with cards and collateral, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed in a safe manner.

Requirements:

  • High school equivalent or higher with good math skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience with computers (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Proven experience working within a shipping department.
  • Ability to work during weekends when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs boxes on a daily basis.
