About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Taylor International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, performing routine clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform routine clerical duties, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
