Nous sommes à la recherche d'un assistant d'équipe bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe au Children's Treatment Network (CTN).

Responsabilités
  • Fournir un soutien administratif aux programmes et services du CTN.
  • Communiquer avec les familles et les partenaires du réseau.
  • Recevoir et traiter les références des clients.
  • Veiller à ce que le dossier électronique partagé du client est ouvert et mis à jour.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées spécifiques au programme.
Compétences requises
  • Minimum d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en administration des affaires ou de bureau.
  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience pertinente en administration de bureau dans un environnement de soins de santé ou de services sociaux.
  • Faire preuve de professionnalisme concernant la confidentialité, le bon jugement, la discrétion et la responsabilité.
  • Capacité à gérer de multiples priorités tout en maintenant une forte attention aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, y compris des fortes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
