We are a leading fabricating company that specializes in providing high-quality steel products to various industries. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Material Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment to support construction activities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the construction site is a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
