About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at P555 JR Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Technical Guidance and Support
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to budget.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as required, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all team members are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
