Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee our residential construction projects at PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD.. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and project reports to ensure transparency and efficiency
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects
  • Schedule and manage daily operations and tasks
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs for new workers
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs effectively
  • Provide training or arrange for training sessions for team members
  • Prepare competitive bids for projects
  • Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order and requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
