Position Overview

This is a temporary role focused on financial performance and budget analysis.

As a Financial Performance and Budget Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to establish, refine, assess, and oversee strategies and solutions pertaining to income and expenditure accounting. You will play a key role in structuring and monitoring financial outcomes, generating budget forecasts, investing in pension schemes, and enhancing overall financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to support management in decision-making processes. Ensure adherence to management policies and practices while making informed recommendations.
  • Conduct risk analyses and prepare comprehensive reports. Offer recommendations and guidance on effective implementation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of action plans aimed at resolving issues in line with established rules and guidelines.
  • Create and document methodologies and processes to streamline operations.
