About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Caringpeople healthcare Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project initiatives to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business goals
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with stakeholders
  • Plan and develop communication strategies to promote business growth
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in business development and leadership
  • Strong background in strategic planning and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees
  • Knowledge of diversity and cross-cultural training
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
  • Experience working with visible minorities and promoting diversity and inclusion
