Key Responsibilities- Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Dusting: Regularly dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean atmosphere.
- Upholstery Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Bed Maintenance: Make beds and change sheets as required.
- Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Fixture Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Operating Room Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other critical areas.
- Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators regularly.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items appropriately.
- Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information on facilities to guests.
- Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers efficiently.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain cleanliness.
- Changing Room Care: Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure hygiene.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. The role involves repetitive tasks and is physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
