About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver software solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Develop and implement Agile software development methodologies to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Coach and mentor software engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Manage software development projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with product management and product design teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate with other team leads to share best practices and improve software development processes.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience as a software developer and leading development teams using modern approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to coach and mentor software engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
