About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to lead and manage one of our cross-functional teams of software engineers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team, driving technical excellence, and delivering software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
* Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and deliver software solutions that meet our customers' needs
* Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence
* Coach and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and career development
* Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning

Requirements

* Significant experience in software development and team leadership, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong technical skills in software development, including Agile methodologies, cloud architecture, and DevOps
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience in building and maintaining high-performing teams, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
