About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineering Lead to join our team at Ausenco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, including conceptual design, detailed design, and construction.
  • Develop and implement structural engineering solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our engineering processes and deliverables.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer who has a strong background in design and delivery of structural engineering projects. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) license. You will also have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, including experience in leading teams and managing projects.
