About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at MOCHANIC'S AUTO SERVICE. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and providing information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange for billing for services, issue receipts and other forms, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Explain the type and cost of services offered, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, receive payments, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
