Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Limitless Tire and Rim INC. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, as well as review their progress and provide guidance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
