Transportation Supervisor

Parts LogiQ is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and driver performance
- Provide technical advice and guidance to drivers on delivery procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or logistics role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
As a Delivery Drivers Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced delivery drivers. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
