Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Parts LogiQ is seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of delivery drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and review reports on delivery performance, including metrics on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and driver productivity.
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to drivers and other team members.
  • Train or arrange for training of new drivers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

32 to 35 hours per week.
