As a Risk Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the application of sophisticated risk management strategies and to execute the directives of the department. This role entails managing the delivery of advisory, consulting, training, and educational services related to Risk Services within a designated area, as well as supervising the daily operational functions of the department and its personnel.

Our Risk Services Managers are well-versed in risk management methodologies and are knowledgeable about industry trends and advancements. They also provide support for projects and initiatives related to Risk Services Solutions, ensuring that departmental operations are conducted with optimal efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Desired Skills and Expertise

If you excel in the following areas:

  • Delivering effective leadership, coaching, and motivation to team members
  • Building and sustaining professional relationships with brokers and clients
  • Applying best practices in advanced risk management

You should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • A relevant University Degree or College Diploma, along with industry-specific experience in a comparable position
  • Proficient verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities
  • Advanced skills in instructional techniques and customer relationship management
  • A valid driver's license in good standing.
