Role Overview
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Our clients depend on us for immediate assistance, reaching out daily. To uphold our unparalleled service standards in the lighting sector, your objective will be to efficiently manage every client account, ensuring quality service and nurturing strong customer relationships. We seek an individual with a robust sales orientation who also appreciates engaging in operational tasks. Your in-depth knowledge of our products and services will empower you to provide valuable recommendations to clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
· Address incoming inquiries via phone and in-person regarding Lumenix products
· Process sales orders through telephone interactions and email communications
· Assist with purchase order and back order management to facilitate operational processes
· Create a positive first impression for our customers by delivering an exceptional experience
· Collaborate with our seasoned sales team to enhance their pipeline and develop your own skills
· Maintain proactive engagement with new and existing leads through follow-ups, increasing interest in additional Lumenix products and services
· Manage office tasks, including administrative duties and organizing key events, as well as ordering supplies
Qualifications
· A charming, dynamic, and positive demeanor is essential
· Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
· A collaborative team player who can work independently while providing support
· A university degree or college diploma is preferred
· A proven track record with 2+ years in sales is necessary
· Experience in account management is advantageous
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Compensation Package
