Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at DC VAPES INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Allocate tasks to sales personnel and oversee their performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the hiring process and facilitate training programs for new employees.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and organize stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Schedule Coordination: Develop and implement work schedules for team members.
  • Customer Returns: Authorize and manage the return process for merchandise.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3 to 4 employees.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
