Accounts Payable Clerk

Community Living BC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit card statements
- Verify and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and spreadsheets
- Perform financial analysis and reporting, as required
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues
- Completion of Grade 12 and post-secondary courses in accounting and business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex accounts payable environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience in reconciling accounts and performing financial analysis
