The Proposal Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the evaluation, response, and project management of all RFP/I/Qs for Docebo's Global Sales Team. This individual must possess exceptional communication skills, particularly in areas of business and proposals writing, and be highly detail-oriented, strategic, and able to effectively prioritize projects.
Responsibilities:- Have an excellent knowledge of Docebo's product and service offering, and understand how to effectively communicate our value proposition in RFx responses.
- Support the mid-market and enterprise sales teams by managing the complete lifecycle of RFx responses, including RFx risk evaluation and go-no-go, attendance on pre-proposal information conferences, and project management of all drafts and related external partner and internal SME activity.
- Facilitate all strategy and regular status updates of the ongoing RFx response, and circulate the response for quality control and integration of those edits into a final draft.
- Finalize the packaging of all deliverables for submission, and attend RFx defence calls.
- Collaborate effectively with internal business units and external stakeholders to manage multiple RFx projects and prioritize them accordingly.
- Assist in the maintenance of a global knowledge repository.
- 3+ years of experience in bid/proposal development or a related role.
- Experience working within or adjacent to the tech/SaaS industries.
- Proactive and positive mindset, enabling efficient prioritization of tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional prioritization skills and proven ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation skills in small or large group environments, with proficiency in presentation tools.
