We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, along with a meticulous attention to detail and a strong drive for achieving results. This role presents an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to embark on a career with a well-established company in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate contact with retailers via phone to assist in resolving overdue accounts through both outbound and inbound communication.
  2. Facilitate debt payment negotiations in alignment with client and company policies.
  3. Research and provide guidance on various payment methods and settlement options.
  4. Accurately document and update account notes in the system to reflect customer interactions.
  5. Process customer payments and manage payment applications on accounts.
  6. Address customer inquiries effectively.
  7. Collaborate with the Customer Support Department to establish and maintain customer accounts.
  8. Foster and maintain relationships with corporate contacts by generating statements and supporting account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with the ability to switch between languages seamlessly.
