Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Medavie's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and Medavie Foundation's impact strategy.
  • Manage Medavie Foundation charitable partnerships and support the ongoing development of our social responsibility activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Canada Revenue Agency charitable regulations and Foundation policies and criteria.
  • Support the development and execution of internal and external storytelling and funding announcements.
  • Represent the Medavie Foundation to external audiences.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years experience working in a grant making role or otherwise directly involved in mission-driven/social purpose work.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (Community development, Non-profit management, Marketing) and/or education/professional learning in field of Corporate Citizenship/Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism French/English is required for the role.
