Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Promote DUCA's full range of services, explaining the benefits and features of our solutions and making quality referrals to advisors.
* Assist with cash management duties, including ordering, verifying, and balancing cash.
* Participate in local market business development opportunities and community events.
* Collaborate with the branch management team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years' experience in a financial services environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
* Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
