Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Eric Michaud. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a loving and safe environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional care and supervision to our children, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Assuming full responsibility for household duties, including laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
  • Traveling with our family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, including adhering to our scent-free and non-smoking policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in child care, preferably in a live-in setting.
  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as early childhood education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers.
  • A valid criminal record check and references.
