Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring that all necessary items are available
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high expectations
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
  • Equivalent experience or training may be considered
