Food Service Manager

Ontario Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Planning and Organization: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Language:English.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
