Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC - Taco Bell. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
