Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC - Taco Bell. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
