At Sephora, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.



  • Recruitment and Talent Management

    • Conduct final interviews for key positions and source, select, and hire top talent using our online applicant tracking system.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to drive business growth and improve store performance.


  • Training and Development

    • Manage all training-related functions within the store, working closely with our Education partners to develop and execute on-going training strategies.
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our store team members.


  • Performance Assessment and Development

    • Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports in a timely and comprehensive manner.
    • Oversee the performance management process for the entire store, ensuring timely feedback and development opportunities for all team members.


  • Operational Excellence

    • Lead the operations of the store, ensuring the execution of all operations-focused processes and adherence to company standards.
    • Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting, and ensuring timely and accurate processing.


Requirements



  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

The compensation for this role is between CAD $54,800- $68,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
