Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document all areas of the casino property, including surveillance facilities and equipment.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs and reports, including evidence for security purposes.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on surveillance equipment and report any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of gaming operations and security protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to focus on monitors for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
  • High level of honesty and integrity, with a strong commitment to upholding company values.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Background experience in criminology or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
