As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the casino property, maintaining documentation, and working closely with a team to ensure the highest level of security and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document all areas of the casino property, including surveillance facilities and equipment.
- Record and maintain accurate logs and reports, including evidence for security purposes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on surveillance equipment and report any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of gaming operations and security protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus on monitors for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
- High level of honesty and integrity, with a strong commitment to upholding company values.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and software.
- Background experience in criminology or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
