Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Gold Lion Hospitality as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people or up to 10 people.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
