About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to lead our product operations team and drive strategic growth.

As a key member of our Lone Wolf R&D team, you will collaborate with Product Directors, Product Owners, Developers, Sales, Support, and users to identify product needs and develop comprehensive product roadmaps.

You will be responsible for guiding the strategy for product development, working closely with fellow leaders to align product roadmaps, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for a candidate with a unique blend of analytical, technical, and business acumen. You should have experience managing multiple product roadmaps from concept to launch, with a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

You will be a self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with departmental leadership to define product strategy and assist Product Owners in developing product roadmaps.
  • Develop quarterly executive leadership update presentations, company-wide presentations, and department-wide communications.
  • Conduct market-based analysis and develop related KPIs, dashboards, and metrics across all product teams.
  • Create cost-benefit analysis, rate of return, and ROI to support product strategy.
  • Interact with users to understand their problems and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • University degree or College Diploma.
  • 3-5 years' experience in consulting or building complex models and C-level presentations.
  • Understanding of financial concepts, such as capitalization of software development.
  • Experience managing product staff and working closely with development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with accounting systems, financial reporting, or the real estate industry.
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams.
  • Understanding of SCRUM, Agile Development Methodology, and how they interact with the project life-cycle.
  • Experience with Jira and/or Aha.
  • Attended Pragmatic Marketing Product Management training.
