Job Title: Director, Enterprise Systems

The National Arts Centre is seeking a visionary technology leader to drive our digital transformation and shape the future of our IT infrastructure. As the Director of Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives and drive digital transformation.
  • Lead and manage IT operational teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop technology solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and recommend new initiatives to increase business value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of effective technology leadership, including strategic planning, budgeting, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of computer science, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and service management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
