Job Description

The Parliament of Canada seeks a seasoned Director to lead the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. As a key member of the Digital Services team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the establishment of a centralized management framework for the ERP solution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing the governance model, structures, and processes for the ERP solution
  • Providing direction to the ERP Program team and ensuring a clear distinction between corporate roles and responsibilities and service-specific functions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance or establish governance frameworks, processes, and procedures for the strategic and operational management of ERP and related enterprise-wide digital solutions

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience guiding and leading diverse teams with empathy and fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ERP systems and solutions, along with the ability to prioritize effectively and understand partner outcomes
  • Expertise in strategic planning principles and service delivery practices

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a field related to information technology, finance, or business administration, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience related to the work. A positive adaptive communication style and ability to inspire and motivate teams are essential for success in this role.
